This company won't return phone calls or emails. I have called several times and emailed. They obviously have NO customer service! I would advise not using them!!
If I could give this business no stars, I would. I purchased an item from the website in July. I admittedly ordered an incorrect item but I have been trying to return it ever since. I have called the phone number on the website, sent them messages through their online message system and still nothing. I even tried to get my bank involved in an effort to move the process along and the company would not return my bank's call either. It is now October and I have been stuck with the item for three months. I want to support small businesses but this is no way to run one. All I'm asking for is at least a call back. I would strongly warn anybody against ordering from WholePet Market.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! This place is horriable! I would give it a NEGATIVE 5 STARS if I could. I purchased some products from them, they took my money but never sent me my products. I can't get a hold of anyone from the company. I tried emailing & calling, leaving voicemail after voicemail but never get a response. This place should not still be in business!
On July 29, I placed an order with Wholepet Market on behalf of a friend, for $50 worth of dog treats. When they had not come by August 15, I sent an inquiry by email. No response. I called the customer service number twice--got a recorded message each time. Then, my friend started calling, both the customer service number and another number listed on their website. Recorded message, no call back. Meanwhile, the charge turned up on her credit card Eventually, we gave up, notified the credit card company, which cancelled the charge--we just learned that today, September 28. We never did hear from the store. If I could record minus-stars, I would. Lesson: do not order anything online from this merchant.
