It is not only very frustrating to not get the stuff I need when it is needed, but to have no means of communication with the Heber USPS office to boot! Ugh.... Terrible!

My package shipped as priority mail on the 5th of October - it is the end of Thursday 10/19/17... No package still.

And yes I actually waited each time as long as I was able to.

I have called insistently over the past few days without an answer (sometimes waiting up to 20 minutes) - not once has my call been answered.

I have yet to speak with an actual person at the Heber USPS office by phone.

**UPDATE**

Absolutely the worst public office I have dealt with in 50 years. My daughter lives in Heber and has been trying to get her mailing address changed for about 6 months. No matter what she has tried, she can't get her mail delivered to her and has missed receiving her driver's license and medical bills. In an attempt to rectify the situation, she called to talk with the post office again, and was literally cursed at by an employee there!! It's absolutely unbelievable that a federal office which is suppose to "work for the public" treats someone in this manner. Words can't express the anger I feel at this point!! If there was any other option for postal service that you can take in the Heber Valley, I would not hesitate to never have to deal with these unprofessional people and post office again!

Thoroughly dissatisfied

I have been waiting an additional 5+ days to get my package from the original Heber USPS receival date - I am convinced that my package has just been sitting in that office now for almost a week! USPS online support keeps informing me that a "mis-ship item" may delay my delivery date... as if I hadn't noticed. I am not able to get any further info from any aspect of USPS customer service. I have now seen 3 different expected delivery dates pass by, and still no package.

They don’t care about anything my mail driver should be fired he just throws stuff wherever one time I found 8 letters from different houses just out side my house on the ground... in the actual building they don’t realize that it’s busy and they just sit there and go as slow as possible as if they don’t have a care in the world not the best

I work everyday that their offices are opened and am unable to stop by physically.

We moved to Heber City over a year ago and have never experienced this bad of service. We have had a lot of our mail lost and or devilered else where, we have also received other people's mail and had to deliver myself to the correct apartment. It's by far the worse experience all around, I just called to ask to make sure we get our mail to the correct unit after my drivers license was lost and my sons ID and the lady who answered today was no help at all. All I got was that they deliver the mail to the correct address after I explain that they didn't the first time and to please make sure they do, she didn't take my number and simply said ok. No reassurance that she would talk to someone about this but simply wanted to hang up. They are by far the worse and I can't figure out why the service is so terrible?!

Yes I called their actual store number.

Yes I called well within their posted business hours.

They never have enough people the line can be almost out the door and they'll be only two then the postmaster Walks from behind the back out to the front looks around smiles and leaves he's the postmaster doesn't he have a job to step up and help the customers I go to the post offices in California where it's absolutely crazy busy and everybody comes out front and helps in the lines go fast I think it's a shame we live in a small town that everybody doesn't step up to the plate so that the customers don't have to wait forever are times just as valuable as theirs
