Absolutely the worst post office on the planet....If you've ever seen the show "Green Acres" then you'll know what I mean. The clerk is the most condescending, nasty and unprofessional woman you could ever meet. She has some kind of problem with the residents of Timberlakes. If you can, chose another carrier (UPS, Fed-Ex) Truly, save yourself the aggravation. If there was a zero star, trust me, I would give it......
I would never write a review for a POST OFFICE, but I just ran into this negative review about the Heber Post Office. I have had years of experience at this location. They are the friendliest postal workers I have ever met. It's a small office, and MAYBE if you go there just before 5pm, and maybe if there is a line and only two clerks, it might cause a delay, some wait time. They are very efficient, caring, and nice. Yes, if there is a new person in training, that could also cause a problem, one I have had, but people are not perfect. I am so thankful to have such a great postal service team nearby. I never wait more than a few minutes, but when I do it is fun to chat with other friendly people in line. It's a small town. Enjoy it!
