The work was less than 1 mile from their place of business. I don't agree with "Knock" fees. I try to support local. In this case they lost the job.
Losers! I contacted L&J to quote running a gas line for a new stove. I was told that there would be a $75.00 fee to come out and provide a quote. If I accept their quote, the $75.00 would be credited to the job.
I've had Louis come out to fix a number of things over the years. Always been prompt and thoughtful in his work. Replaced a water heater expansion tank, fixed some PEX lines and a number of other work over a few years.
