The likelihood of me ever rating a Wal-Mart more than ok is very slim. They're all the same. People shop there for the convenience and prices...can't expect too much else.
This store is 24 hours, but at night all the self checkout lanes are closed, from about 10pm to 9am. During this time they only have one register open, and it always is slow, unattended, and has bad service. However tonight I went, loaded up groceries and went to the one checkout kiosk open and it was unattended, as usual. So I loaded my cart onto the kiosk expecting someone to show up. After about 5 minutes of waiting I decided to just leave my store and everything on the counter. This Walmart is always under stocked, has expired items on the shelf and messes around the store very often, and should only be visited as a last resort option. Try the 24 hour Smiths down the road instead, or even go to Kimball Junction for the Walmart there.
Pay ur help better and treat them like humans. Also give cashiers pens free. One we talked to had to buy their own and cost them 10 dollars average a week. Company makes billions a year and u cant give them a few cheap pens? Who would want to stay?. Wish their dad could see how they hoard and treat employees. Shameful.
The guys in Heber were amazing! They were just closing up, but gladly took care of my flat tire so I could make it to Vernal. Thank you!
Pretty clean and there are restrooms available. Self check out was the only option since there didn't seem to be any cash registers open when I was there.
