Had truck towed to Tracy’s. Let them know via phone. Had to call them for three weeks before anyone ever returned my call. They called back and left me a vm asking if they could buy the truck. I called back and left another vm. Finally we connected a week later. They told me the entire engine was bad and I needed a new Diesel engine at $15,000. I took the truck to autotek in Orem and they fixed the truck in a week, calling me three times during that week to update me. The oil pickup tube was blocked by a rag a previous mechanic left in it. Not a bad engine nor $15k! Tracy’s clearly doesn’t know anything about diesels!
I brought my Jeep in for a fuel problem and found out that all the work I had "fixed" by a corporate shop in town was in fact not fixed at all. So thanks these guys I am not stranded on the side of the road or worse.
Good honest reliable mechanic doesn't give you anything you don't need cuts out all the b******* number one go here you won't regret it they're the best no one beats them they know what they're doing you won't get any better service best mechanics in town in the state Tracy's Auto rocks
