I just went to the Kneaders in Heber, Utah. It was just terrible. The service was awful. We went in to get hot chocolate, tea, coffee, and baked goods. We waited half an hour to get our stuff. The baked goods were in a dessert case. I don't know why it took so long. The coffee was cold and they were out of creamer. We asked for more creamer and we waited more than twenty minutes for it. The dessert was the worst dessert I have ever had. It was freezer burnt, partly frozen, and tasted absolutely terrible. I will never be coming here again and will tell others not to.
***I went back again tonight... messed up the order again. Wrong salad and no bread.
I went to the Heber City Kneaders because I had received a gift card about 11 months ago. When I tried to pay using my gift card, the cashier went to talk to the owner, who said they wouldn't accept my gift card, and had changed to a "new" style "2 years ago." I didn't know that a company could charge you for a gift card, then not accept it when you want to redeem it! Absolutely ridiculous, and horrible business practice! I stayed anyway, but food was just so-so. I will tell others about my experience and direct them to go to other better local restaurants instead.
Heber location always forgets something in my order and I’ve been there more than 18 times in the last 8 weeks. The drive through is hit and miss, some days quick and some days slow. I went to Kneaders to buy dinner recently and told them while I was there the day before that they forgot part of my order. They told me they could not resolve that while I was there and that i needed to call in with my complaint. That’s terrible service. If it’s not service it’s bad lettuce or missing advicado or missing bread...
Always delicious. We had their all you can eat French toast, even though we can never stomach more than two slices because it is so filling! Good location and we loved the outdoor seating.
The place was clean, the food was delicious, quickly prepared and served. Service kind of sucked, but I would give crappy service too if I worked at fast food place...
I'm in love with their pastries. Yum! Thinking about it my mouth is watering (This is a delayed review)... I just wish their pastries where a bit more affordable...
